Yes, you can cancel your membership with 30 days' written notice. However, we require a minimum 12-month commitment when you first join.
We understand that life happens! If you miss an appointment, simply call us to reschedule. However, unused appointments don't roll over to the next year.
The member discounts apply to private treatments only. NHS treatments have fixed charges set by the government that we cannot discount.
Yes, there's a one-time joining fee of £9.50 when you first sign up. After that, you simply pay your monthly Direct Debit and can begin using your benefits.
